The platform currently covers more than 70 new residential projects across Guiyang's 14 districts, counties, and county-level cities, with over 19,000 homes available for sale.
Users can filter properties by location, price, layout, and nearby amenities, and use map-based searches and a mortgage calculator to compare options and estimate costs.
The WeChat applet also features dedicated sections for group purchases and extended-stay housing. So far, 25 housing projects have joined the group-buying program, offering around 2,293 homes at discounts of up to 30 percent.
Guiyang has combined online promotion with offline campaigns, including project presentations and community outreach, to reach more homebuyers.
As of Oct 28, 323 homes had been sold, with the WeChat applet recording 261,300 visits and attracting 4,437 users.
The city will continue to expand its property listings, improve data verification and correction, and strengthen its user feedback system, giving homebuyers access to more accurate information when searching for a home.
