In the spring of 2026, all projects under construction by Guiyang Infrastructure Construction and Investment Group resumed work comprehensively. Multiple residential, educational, and livelihood-supporting key projects are advancing at an accelerated pace.
The company's Rongcui residential project plans to offer a total of 3,074 housing units, developed in three phases. Phase one has been delivered, and phase two is selling rapidly, ranking first in Guiyang's real estate sales chart in February 2026. Currently, construction on the buildings is in full swing, with new housing units continuously added and delivered in batches.

In Xiuwen county, the Guiyang sports middle school relocation project spans 429 mu (28.6 hectares) and includes over 120,000 square meters of construction space, capable of serving up to 2,000 students. It is designed as a hub for sports training and hosting events. The development occurs in two phases, with overall completion at 75 percent and phase one nearing 95 percent, expected to be completed in April.

The Qingxi Road Smart Parking Building in Huaxi district is a key local livelihood project with a total construction area of 11,364.68 sq m, featuring 367 mechanical parking spaces. The main structure and interior decorations are almost finished, with completion expected by the end of June. This facility will help address the parking shortage in the area.
