Guiyang and Gui'an announce housing provident fund contribution standards

In accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Housing Provident Funds issued by the State Council and the Measures for the Administration of Housing Provident Fund Deposits in Guiyang, the contribution base and rate standards of housing provident funds for the 2025 fiscal year are hereby announced.

Contribution base and monthly contribution amount

The maximum contribution base for 2025 is set at 25,392 yuan ($3,541), with a maximum monthly contribution of 6,094 yuan.

The minimum contribution base is 1,890 yuan, with a minimum monthly contribution of 190 yuan.

Contribution rate

The contribution rates for both employers and employees shall be no lower than 5 percent and no higher than 12 percent.

All contributing entities are required to adjust their housing provident fund contribution base for the 2025 year in accordance with this notice.

These standards take effect from January 2025. For any underpayments in the month prior to base adjustment, employers shall make retroactive contributions after the adjustment.
