The " Cool Guiyang • Travel Living " housing promotion and exchange conference was held in Hong Kong on April 25. Led by Wang Hong, Guiyang's mayor, the delegation met with over 60 representatives from Hong Kong's business community, exploring new opportunities in the travel and housing industries.
At the event, the Guiyang Real Estate Association showcased the livability, investment potential, and ecological appeal of Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area's "good houses". Seven top developers presented innovative projects focused on eco-friendly, tourism-integrated communities – highlighting the city's appeal as a summer retreat.
Strategic partnerships were signed on-site: the Guiyang Real Estate Association partnered with S.P.I Landscape Group to incorporate global design concepts into local projects, while the Guiyang Real Estate Agency Association signed cooperation agreements with four major Hong Kong firms including Midland Realty and Tung Chung Property.
This event marked a key step forward in Guiyang's efforts to reach international markets and promote its vision of "livable travel".
Looking ahead, Guiyang and Gui'an will deepen ties with Hong Kong in real estate and tourism, refine summer home policies, and attract buyers and travelers from Chinese mainland cities experiencing heat waves in summer, Hong Kong, and abroad – turning promotional efforts into real-world outcomes.
